Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging and remain unopened.
- Items that have been opened, used, damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
Steps to Return:
- Contact Customer Service:
Call us at 731-431-3922 with your order details, including the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Please have a copy of your receipt to expedite the process. - Receive a Pre-Paid Shipping Label:
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. If you are unable to print the label, please visit a carrier location for assistance. - Ship the Item Back:
Follow the return instructions provided by us and drop off the package at the indicated carrier location. Use the tracking number from the shipping label to monitor your package’s return progress. - Processing the Return:
Once we receive your package, most returns are processed within 5 business days. After processing, we will issue your refund and send a confirmation email.
Important Notes:
- Do not send your return to the address on your package. Returns sent without prior authorization may be declined, and we will not reimburse shipping costs.
- Unauthorized returns or returns not meeting the stated requirements may result in denial of refund eligibility.
Refunds
