We process orders Tuesday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 4-6 business days for order processing. This processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery is typically expected within 3-7 business days from the shipping date.
Please note:
- Due to increased demand on delivery carriers, there may be fewer tracking updates or delays in movement until your package reaches your local delivery location.
- Orders requiring LTL palletized shipments (due to weight or size) may take additional time for delivery.
Shipping time is estimated and begins from the shipping date, not the order date. Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, extreme weather conditions, or carrier constraints.
Carrier Information
We partner with trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and others to ensure your items are delivered safely and efficiently.
For larger or heavier items requiring LTL palletized shipments, we will coordinate with you directly to arrange the best delivery date and time.
Shipping Cost
We are happy to offer free shipping on Mlily mattress orders to all 50 U.S. states.
Sales Tax
Your order may be subject to sales tax based on state and local tax laws. The Happy Shack Mattress Store and More collects sales tax for applicable states as required by law.
Additional Information
Your items will be shipped from the closest warehouse stocking your product to reduce delivery time.
